Lynch's Bakery Aran na hEireann

Established in 1869, (yes, they've been baking for 152 years!) Lynchs Arán Na HÉireann bakery & cafe on South Square, Macroom, Co. Cork has been run by the Lynch family for five generations.

Their newest addition is the three ingredient sourdough bread - a recipe as old as time, but perfected by the Lynch's using ingredients from no further than Baile Mhic Íre. Their range, of course, extends further into all sorts of yeast & whole meal breads & confectionary to die for (think cake shops of your childhood dreams), all baked freshly six days a week.
