We are delighted to kick start A Virtual Food Tour of the Lee Valley with one of the newest producers in town: The Lost Valley Dairy.
Mike & Darcie run a very small family farm with their little son Ned, outside Inchigeelagh, Co. Cork. With a focus on sustainability and organic farming practices, they milk just four cows - Gertrude, Tilda, Kate & Daisy - to produce their small but perfectly formed and incredibly tasty (including some deliciously stinky) range of cheeses.
Come meet them at their stall on Sunday 26th September 2021 on the Main Square, Macroom, Co. Cork at #macroomfoodfest2021
