Internal security minister Professor George Saitoti came under scathing attack as mps accused him of abdicating his duty to the detriment of national security. Mps noted that insecurity in the country was threatening to get out of hand while those in-charge just watched. But in a quick response, Saitoti's Deputy Orwa Ojode said the ministry was in total control of the situation. And as Chris Thairu reports, Special Programmes Minister Esther Murugi And Chepalungu mp Isaack Ruto also clashed in parliament over the resettlement of the mau forest evictees.
