This is the first of six one hour sessions, focussing on the JCT forms of contract, and taking a project through procurement, delivery, and dispute resolution. This webinar looks at 'Procurement, contractual relationships and design'.

The sessions are intended as an introduction for anyone in a role that has an interface with the legal landscape – for example QSs, project managers, and commercial managers and directors – or anyone that needs a refresher on the fundamentals of construction law.
