This is the second of six one hour sessions, focussing on the JCT forms of contract, and taking a project through procurement, delivery, and dispute resolution. This webinar looks at 'The Construction Act(s) and the JCT Payment Cycles' and considers what the Acts are and why they are important, their key provisions, payment cycles and notices, and final payments / final certificates.

The sessions are intended as an introduction for anyone in a role that has an interface with the legal landscape – for example QSs, project managers, and commercial managers and directors – or anyone that needs a refresher on the fundamentals of construction law.
