This activity is suitable for most ages and levels of fitness and if you have not ridden a quad bike before, don't panic as some basic instruction is provided and it really is not hard. Insurance and all safety gear is also supplied however I do recommend taking along a change of clothes as you will most likely get wet and covered in mud.
