welcome back !!!
this episode takes you through part of the final week of this training block with drills, an acceleration session, gym sessions and a tempo session. i also visit Padova town hall for a reception for myself and my coach as well as visiting Venice. my friend Julie (@julie.fust), an incredible photographer living in Paris, comes to visit and we go to dinner together.
