We share everyday tips to help you show up in your full self — without shame, confusion, or performative “sexy.” From improving your vocabulary to smelling good , this is your sign to start where you are.

Game Time: Taboo Topics
We’re pulling taboo terms from the hat (think “virginity,” “porn,” “soul ties”) and trying to describe them without saying them out loud. It’s chaotic, funny, and deeply revealing. Why are these words still so hard to say?
