Oxford street, London - Geez Photowalk #47

Welcome to Geez photowalks, street photography one shot at a time!

This street photography session is in the busiest commercial high street in the UK.
On Black Friday weekend, we could even say that it is the busiest day of the year.

A bit challenging due to the flow of people and the cold but I'm happy with a few shots.
I don't particularly like shopping so it's always fascinating to see people hunting for bargains and going from shops to shops or buying loads of stuff for Christmas on discount.

Lots of opportunites and scenes to capture with the nice shop fronts ready for the festive season.
It is also quite mesmerising to see the dense crowds compare to not so long ago when the streets were empty due to Covid restrictions, crazy how things change fast.

All and all I enjoy this session and I'm glad I went there to capture the Black Friday frenzy.
