🥞 Ingredients
1.5 cups buckwheat flour or 1 cup almond flour and 1 cup buckwheat flour
1 ripe banana
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1½ cups milk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping
1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 tbsp. milk
Fresh blueberries and orange slices

Mix all ingredients until smooth.
Cook pancakes until golden.
Melt chocolate chips with milk in a double boiler.
(In this video, I’m using chocolate chips sweetened with monk fruit instead of sugar.)
Spread the melted chocolate over the pancakes, add fruit, stack, and serve.
