1 habanero pepper (if you can handle spice)
2 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon brown sugar (optional)
1 teaspoon dried thyme
¾ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon allspice
1 cup vegetable stock
¼ cup vegan unsalted butter
½ cup Panko breadcrumbs, divided
