Tuck Stitch Plating with 2 color yarns - LK150 machine knitting

How do I machine knit with 2-color plating and plating with tuck stitch to create 3D patterns? The plating technique has a textured side on the wrong side and a plain stockinette stitch on the front. Each side has a different color of yarn. It is a fun way to create an interesting texture.
