👇 Full Ingredient List & Instructions
• Pressed or extra-firm tofu - https://amzn.to/4oOEcpF
• 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
• 1 tbsp nutritional yeast - https://amzn.to/3YfJvn0
• 1 cup rice + 1 cup water - https://amzn.to/4oGug19
• Carrot, cucumber, sweet mini peppers
• Cilantro + green onion
• ½ avocado
• Rice paper wrappers
Steps:
1. Slice tofu into long strips and coat with teriyaki + nutritional yeast.
2. Air fry at 375°F for 13 minutes.
3. Cook rice.
4. Slice all veggies into thin strips.
5. Soak rice paper until pliable.
6. Fill: rice, tofu, veggies, avocado.
7. Air fry rolls at 375°F for 6 minutes until crispy.
