材料　5×6型
■タルト生地
オレオ20g
無塩バター10g
■オレオチーズ生地
クリームチーズ100g
グラニュー糖30g
生クリーム100ml
ゼラチン3g
オレオ5〜6枚

作り方
タルト生地

1.オレオをクッキーとクリームに分けます。

2.クッキーを細かく砕き、溶かした無塩バター10gを入れよく混ぜます。

3.型に生地を入れ、しっかりと押し固めます。

4.タルト生地は冷蔵庫で冷やしておきます。

5.クリームチーズ100gをよく練り、グラニュー糖30gを入れよく混ぜます。

6.生クリーム100mlを泡だて、5.と混ぜ合わせます。

7. ゼラチン3gを入れ混ぜます。

8.オレオを細かく砕き入れよく混ぜます。

9.冷やしておいた型に生地を入れ平にならし、冷蔵庫で2〜3時間冷やし固めます。

2. Crush the cookies into small pieces, add 10g of melted unsalted butter and mix well.

5. Knead 100g of cream cheese well, add 30g of granulated sugar and mix well.
