Today we decided to show you 5 different ways to counter balance. This is one aspect of Acro Yoga that I didn't enjoy when I first started... but we worked it and now I feel like it's the easiest part of acro. It's nice to have a second to breathe when you're doing a show or performance and these lifts are perfect for that!
