This video goes through switching a Tacx NEO 2T Direct Drive Smart Trainer over to XDR driver/freehub and cassette installation for the SRAM Force AXS 12 Speed bike I have on loan.
Note 1: With XDR the R is for ROAD (Red/Force). An XDR driver can be made XD compatible with a 1.85mm spacer for MTB/etc.
Note 2: If you're running a SRAM Eagle groupset with a long cage derailleur, you do have the option of using a NX or SX splined 11-50 cassette without needing the XDR driver. By removing the 10 cog there's no need for the smaller diameter XD/XDR driver and those are compatible with Shimano HyperGlide freehubs.
