About this video - Today I have shared the recipe of Vadi Papad Ki Sabji. It is the Traditional Rajasthani Recipe, During the summer season we don't get many varieties of vegetables so that time we can make this sabji with using the limited vegetables and serve in lunch or dinner. So must try this recipe and don't forget to give your valuable feedback in comment section

Serving - 3-4 Person

Ingredients -

1 Cup Chora Dal Vadi or Moong Dal Vadi
3 Roasted Urad Dal Papad
2 Medium Size Tomatoes
3 Green Chillies
1 inches Fresh Ginger
1/2 Cup Fresh Curd
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
As per taste Salt
2 tbsp + 3 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds/Rai
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds/Jeera
1 Dry Red Chilli
Pinch of Asafoetida/Hing
8-10 Curry Leaves
1 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves

Serve this sabji with Roti/Paratha/Bhakhri
