Travel adventure camping trip to the cascade mountains in the P.N.W. Of Washington. backpacking and car camping at its finest. Surround by the beauty in the P.N.W.

We flew into Seattle, rented a car and headed North to the heart of the Cascades. Stayed in Seatac for 1 night followed by a night in Bellingham. Watched freighters coming and going into the Pacific Ocean. Checked out Mount Baker scenic highway and stopped at Shuksan and pictured lake. Did some mountaineering in the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest / North Cascades National Park. Climbed Mount Ruth and spent 3 amazing nights in the backcountry. Got some great pizza and much needed beer, after our backcountry portion. Headed south to Darrington, for front country car camping at Clear Creek Campground. Did some day hikes and ate amazing food over the campfire. Explored highway 20 in the National Park by car and did some day hikes as well along with a rappel. With Bloody Marys to rap up the day around the fire nightly. Washington is a beautiful state filled by ocean front, mossy vegetation, dry exposed rock on the East side of the state and glaciers and snow in the Cascades. July9-19 2021
