I'm Dr. Jeff Culbert and in today's video we will be conducting a chiropractic adjustment on a local CrossFit athlete. Each week she receives her adjustment to help her body prepare and recover from her daily WODs and regular daily routine. Today's adjustment is mainly focusing on her neck, mid and lower back as well as left ankle as she recovers from today's particularly brutal crossfit workout.

Schooley's Mountain Chiropractic Center focus's on holistic healthcare. An essential aspect of that is (AK) Applied Kinesiology or manual muscle testing. This muscle testing literally allows us to use your body as a diagnostic tool to let us know what's going on with your particular body each time you come in, allowing us to know what, when, where and when not to adjust.
