How to use Finger Hand Tracking + Body Tracking in PCVR (Virtual Desktop)

A simple guide on how to use Finger Hand Tracking & Inside-Out Body Tracking with Virtual Deskop's latest version! DISCLAIMER: This is NOT Full body tracking, it is an estimation only. DO NOT Expect full body tracking. Hand tracking works but there is no locomotion/joystick settings in this version.

You will need:
1) A Meta Quest headset
2) Hands & Fingers (10 preferably)
3) A PCVR & Wireless capable PC
4) Virtual Desktop QUEST standalone version [NOT Steam version]
(Or ALVR is a free alternative for hands)
