As Uganda prepares to host two significant events this January, Uganda National Roads Authority, UNRA has successfully illuminated 96% of the Kampala-Entebbe expressway.
UNRA spokesperson, Allan Ssempebwa, shared with UBC TV that the lighting project; spanning from Busega to Kajjansi, up to Impala toll, is nearing completion.
