Paneer Roll Recipe
Ingredients
Paneer filling
1 tsp oil
½ cup diced paneer
2 tsp red chilli powder
Salt as required
Roll
Chapathi (as needed)
1 onion, thinly sliced
½ cup cabbage, thinly shredded
½ capsicum, thinly sliced
1 carrot, thinly sliced
¼ cup Chipotle sauce
Wrap sheet/foil for covering

Instructions
1. Prepare the paneer filling
Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan.
Add ½ cup diced paneer.
Sprinkle 2 tsp red chilli powder and salt as required.
Sauté for a few seconds until lightly coated and warm.
Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
2. Prepare the chapathis
Make chapathis as you normally do and keep them ready.
3. Prepare the veggies
Thinly slice 1 onion, ½ cup cabbage, ½ capsicum, and 1 carrot.
4. Assemble the paneer roll
Place a chapathi on a wrap sheet.
Spread a layer of Chipotle sauce over the chapathi.
Add the sautéed paneer.
Add the sliced onion, carrot, cabbage, and capsicum.
Roll tightly.
Wrap using the sheet.
Cut into two halves for serving.
5. Enjoy
Serve fresh and enjoy your tasty, healthy paneer roll!
