The routine is as follows:
45s per exercises - 15s rest - 2 rounds.
A1: Alternating Reverse Lunges (as fast as possible with control)
A2: Bodyweight Crunch and Side Bend
A3: Alternating Single Leg Hip Extension
A4: Alternating Side Plank with Hip Drops
A5: Burpees with Optional Pushup and Jump Squat
A6: Alternating Single Arm Plank
A7: Speed Squats
A8: Supported Reverse Crunch
