DakGangJeong meaning: “Dak(닭) means chicken, and Gangjeong(강정) means corn syrup snacks. So, DakgangJeong is corn syrup chicken snacks.
Difference between Dakgangjeong and Yangnyeom-Chikin: Quite similar, but Dak-Gangjeong is made of a lot of corn syrup and nuts with smaller cuts.

Chicken Seasoning
-300g (10oz) chicken
-1 pinch of salt
-1 tsp of crushed garlic
-1/2 tsp black pepper
Dough
-60g (2oz) Flour
-30g (1oz) Corn starch
-100ml(3.5fl oz) of water
Dakgangjeong Sauce
-1 Tbsp Red chili powder
-2 Tbsp of sugar
-3 Tbsp honey( * corn syrup for original Korean Dakgangjeong recipes)
-2 Tbsp soy sauce
-2 Tbsp ketchup
-1 tsp minced garlic
Garnish
-Green chili (optional)
-Chopped peanuts (essencial)
