· Butter 120 grams
· Yogurt 110 grams
· Vanilla 1/4 teaspoon
· Flour 250 grams
· Almond powder 150 grams
· Powdered sugar 75 grams
· Cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
· Oil as needed
· Powdered sugar 3 tablespoons
· Cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon
Cream the room-temperature butter with the yogurt. Add the flour gradually (not all at once) and mix until a dough forms. Do not over-knead.
Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
For the filling: Sift the powdered sugar into the almond powder. Add the cardamom powder and mix well.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about half a centimeter. Cut it into rounds using a 5 or 6 cm diameter cutter.
