Green Pozole - Pozole Verde (Easy and Vegan)

I show you how to make green pozole, a very traditional Mexican soup for the holidays and special occasions. My version is completely plant based, vegan, using jackfruit instead of pork or chicken.
IMPORTANT: It's 20 OUNCES (20oz) JACKFRUIT, I made a mistake
Recipe:
Serves 3 People
1 c dried maiz for pozole (cacahuazintle)
5 c water for boiling maiz
1 g pickling lime (aka cal)
2 c vegetable broth
1 white onion (chopped)
1 poblano pepper
2 garlic cloves (chopped)
2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 c pumpkin seeds (unsalted and toasted)
1 c fresh cilantro (packed)
2 Jalapenos
10 tomatillos
20 oz jackfruit (rinsed and shredded)
2 tsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp liquid aminos
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp avocado oil
Optional: 2 small epazote leaves
