2 Cup Water
Soak for at least 6 hours

3/4 Cup Water

3 Tsp Water

1½ Cups of Water
Reduce until slightly thicker

Reduce over low heat, stirring constantly
Rice Paper
Brush both sides with water
Roll gently but tightly
Olive Oil
