Day 45 of our overland journey and we wake up in Pristina, Kosovo 🇽🇰
Today is a slower travel day exploring the city, trying local food like flija and burek, visiting the National Library, Mother Teresa Cathedral, and stumbling across a Santa fun run with kids and families.
Back at the hotel, we start mapping out the next stage of the journey. With Christmas approaching and a plan to reach Istanbul, things are getting more complicated, limited border crossings, tricky transport routes, and tough decisions ahead.
We finish the day with dinner, some very questionable portion sizes, and an honest moment about food, expectations, and travel fatigue.
This journey is from the UK to Australia, no flights, just the long way around.
