This is my first test-run of the Kys probaker mini dough mixer. The dough is a 2.4 kgs mass prepared with a 24 hrs fermented poolish. The Kys mixer is a beast showing no sign of weakness. The dough (65% hydration) started out with 18-19 C and ended just below 25 C. Cleaning was ok easy but I will use more hot water next time to loosen the dough residiuals, Let me know in the comments below if you have any questions.
