This guided meditation was created for the bleeding phase of your cycle — or, if you do not currently menstruate, for the new moon: a time of natural retreat, stillness, and inner listening.
You will be guided gently into your body, into your womb space, into the fertile void where all wisdom begins. Through intentional touch, breath, and presence, we welcome what’s ready to be let go — and reconnect with the quiet power that lives beneath the surface.

This is a space of sacred shedding.
Of deep rest.
Of renewal through surrender.

a four-part somatic journey through the inner seasons of the menstrual cycle:
Inner Winter, Spring, Summer, and Autumn.

In this course, we explore how to live in rhythm with the natural cycles of your body — not through theory alone, but through deep embodiment. Each class invites you into a different energetic phase of your cycle, with guided meditations, sensual yoga classes, and somatic invitations that help you reclaim the intelligence of your womb and nervous system.
