🥣 INGREDIENTS
Baking Dish: 8" x 12"
Make 12 Rolls
For Feeding the Starter
100 g carryover starter
100 g organic white bread flour
50 g organic rye flour
150 ml water
For the dough
120 g active sourdough starter
30 g unsalted butter
30 g caster sugar
240 ml milk
375 g organic white bread flour
8 g sea salt
For the Egg Wash
1 egg - beaten
1 tbsp milk
For the Decoration
White sesame seeds
Notes:
1. Bake in preheated oven at 180℃ fan (350 ℉) for 20 - 25 minutes. For your reference, mine took 22 minutes.
2. After 5-10 minutes, transfer the rolls onto a wire rack to cool to avoid soggy bottom.
