Perfect for glazing your galletas, dipping pancakes, toast bites, waffles, or fresh fruit — and it takes just 5 minutes to make.
No sugar, no protein powder, no weird texture — just pure comfort.
INGREDIENTS for 130-150g:
🥚 1 egg yolk
🥛 100ml milk
🌽 5g cornstarch
🍦 Vanilla extract or vanilla flavored sweetener
🍬 Allulose to taste (or 1 tsp of intense vanilla flavored sweetener)
