1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml; g = grams
Ingredients:
400g Fish (seasoned with salt & washed)
1 cup Onion
½ cup Tomato
½ tsp. Sugar
6 Cloves
8 Garlic Cloves
¼" Ginger
Tamarind
10 Black Peppercorns
½ tsp. Cumin Seeds
1 Tbsp. Vinegar
1 large Green Chilli
Coriander Leaves
2" Cinnamon Stick
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
4 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste
