Peak of Winter Railfanning 2024 FT NS GP HIGH HOOD EL 1700 4005 CSX DUO MACE AMTK AEVILA HHP8C TEST

This channel and video is PG rated since 11-15-19. Well winter has reach is peak. Phil the groundhog comfirmed a early spring is coming. I went to Piscatway for CSAO Lehigh Line action and boy it was worth it. CSX Meets and NS 18G with P5 Rebuilt unit CP GEVO and NS GP 38-2 HIGH HOOD AND SD45-2 Eire Lackwanna heritage unit. Small stop at Manville for 62V nothing but empty train going hook up and go east. A big Monday night catch on the NEC at Princeton Jct. The Aveila was running the test with a 3 way meet for a NJT Amtrak Aecla and the Aveila. Also HHP8C were also running it. Its the first time since 10yrs ago I caught those units. I seen them alot back in the 2000's and early 2010's before retire. The only I missed were the Steel bell and Pantagraphs on those units. They're running it as a cab car with a E Bell as those will replace the Ex Metrolinners which converted to a Cabcar. If you haven't catch them on the NEC West of NYC and Northwest of Phila to Harrisburg or even Springfleid shuttle from New Haven. Get them as you can. Time is running out. Back to Piscataway for another Saturday catch NS 4005 trailing on 18G. Then after dinner with Raillashup Productions. We're were caught off graud of CSX M405 with Rebuilt MACE which were non Flarred. Since a stopped on the Trenton line we caught it after M422 went by first. They left and those EMD sounds oh yeah. The last stop was Bound Brook for a drop off for him to catch his train back home. NS 18N came back with the reveration of the station. In my opinion they did great. Although was the waiting room was still open til 8pm but rules are rules. The new camera I still got still working on it. Slight forces out but still holds up good. So I hear this "word on the street" that someone had a bright LED lights on tripods. Plus someone else future up on the Lehigh line Inlcuding using excessive External flashes on tripods were reported during the catch of NS 18G from one of the CSX Mainfiest trains. It's unknown who cause it. I can tell you right now. I ain't me Cause I don't do that stpuid stuff like that. Vehicle head lights aren't a problem yet as long you arm it AWAY from the train crew like a fence, trees, embankment, or houses although "you may" get yelled at the people living at a house. Railroad PD which IDK if it is CSX or NS or BOTH with local PD are cracking down between South Plainfield, NJ all the way through Piscatway, Bound Brook, Hillsborough, West Trenton in Ewing, NJ, and into Yardley and WoodBounre section of Middletown Twps, PA. Doing bright LED on top of tripod or excessive External flashes will get you rear end but in trouble. I took a break from it and at the time of typign this. It will go on until futrue notice when someone gets caught. So your on your own if get caught by Railroad PD. CAUSE I AIN'T HELPING YOU! Now the External flash with the tripod back for when NS 268 had the BNSF Execu Mac second at Mavnille was by some guy back on November 2023. Now the he flash the SECOND unit not the lead unit. He got lucky since the enginner of that train knows him. Some NS and/or CSX are nice. They may "give you slack" like he did. However too much slack will gets you in trouble. Remember your fault not my if caught by the RR PD. With that done for mid point of winter. Another month left for winter and spring is coming. Back to more daylight and stuff.
