In today's video, I shared the terror I felt about having to get back into dating again after my divorce. Not only did I feel terror, I felt embarrassed, sad, angry, overwhelmed, humbled, and very self-conscious. And if I’m totally honest (which I vow to always be with you), I felt indignant!

Whether you’re getting back into dating again after divorce, death, breakup, taking a break, not having success, being triggered, or scammed, the steps I give you are universal.

1. What am I afraid of? You need to identify your fears and what they are anchored to, so they don’t rule your choice and behaviors.
2. Don’t over-share – bonding over baggage can invite drama into your life. That’s the thing you’re probably moving away from.
3. Don’t be so serious - One of the things that men say they are looking for is a fun-loving woman but often women start dating again like it’s another thing on their to-do list Date for fun at first until you feel more confident –
4. Detach from outcomes – stay in the moment
