İngredients
200 ml lukewarm milk
1 egg
50 ml vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon dry yeast
½ teaspoon salt
450 gr flour
Let the dough rise for 1 hour
Melt 150 gr butter to spread between the dough layers
Brush the top with a mixture of 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk
Bake at 190 degrees for 40 minutes.
