In this episode, Globevisa’s in-house attorney, Finn Wang, conducted an interview with Daniel J. Healy, the CEO and founder of Civitas Capital Group, focusing on the topic of “Gold Card vs. EB-5.” Since President Donald Trump announced the "Gold Card" in the end of February, the "Gold Card" has become the golden elephant in the room.
To heat things up, there has been a major retrogression regarding EB-5 under the old policy, which definitely caused some concerns among the EB-5 applicants filed prior to the enactment of EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 (RIA).
Daniel also shared his predictions on the future direction of the EB-5 program, especially changes that might come with President Trump.
