Air New Zealand BusinessPremier Class - Sydney to Auckland (NZ 104) - Boeing 777-300ER

In this video, we have a look at the Air New Zealand business class product (called BusinessPremier) on board a short Boeing 777-300ER flight from Sydney to Auckland.

After using the premium check-in lane at Sydney Int'l terminal 1, I use the Express lane to speed through immigration/security so I can spend some time in the Air NZ lounge. The lounge is located very close to the gate and appears to have been renovated fairly recently. I only spend a brief moment there to have a look at the food/drink offerings at the buffet and bar, and to look at the seating areas around the lounge.

After I board NZ 104, I extensively review the BusinessPremier product, which adopts a herringbone 1-2-1 seating arrangement. All the nooks and crannies are examined - the seat, the cushion, the leather appointments, the fixed shell surrounding the seat, the IFE screen, the ottoman, the storage spaces, toilets, etc. The different seat positions and the bed are also reviewed in the video. During the short flight across the Tasman Sea, a delicious 3 course meal is served.

Once the flight lands in Auckland, I collect my checked baggage and proceed to the domestic terminal to connect to my domestic Air NZ flight to Rotorua.
