Sous Vide Fried Pork Chops | Joule | Hamilton Beach Deep Fryer | My Gadget Kitchen | #230

Ingredients:
Center cut bone in pork chops
yellow mustard
Seasonings to taste: Garlic salt, onion salt, black pepper, sazon all purpose seasoning, cayenne pepper
flour seasoned with seasoned salt and black pepper. (add a little corn meal for extra crunch)
Vegetable oil for frying

Heat oil to 350 and fry sous vide chops for about 5 min until golden brown.
If cooking chops from raw, cooker for about 8-10 min until done.

Enjoy!
