Here i have shared two types of gujrati khichu recipe Khichu is all time favourite and comfort food for all gujratis and very healthy option Khichu also helps in weightloss journey … In gujrati house people love to make all types of like moong dal , chanadal and matki flour and millet flour khichu like jowar, bajri, makai etc they love it and really its very very easy and amazing dish so friends today i have shared matki(muth flour) flour khichu and other is bajri khichu its gluten free and very healthy
so friends try out this recipe here are all ingredients measurements
muth (matki) flour khichu
3/4 cup muth flour
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp hing
2 cup water
salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
2 green chilly
1 tbsp green garlic
1/2 inch ginger
1/4 tsp papad khar
for garnishing

coriander
peanut oil
Bajri flour khichu
1 cup bajri flour
1 cup butter milk
2 tbsp bajri flour
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard
1/2tsp cumin
1/4 tsp hing
2 green chilly
1/2 inch ginger
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1.5 cup water
salt to taste
1 tbsp green garlic
for garnishing
