This video is all about hip release. There are muscles that are involved in hip rotation and they are really important for stabilising the joint. As your muscles get unstable as often happens in pregnancy, the smaller muscles on the inside tend to over work because the larger muscles on the outside haven't got the strength they should have. We need to take time to release these deep core muscles as this can relieve pain.
