Surf Workouts are essential for every surfer, to build and keep a foundation for a strong and prepared body for surfing.
In this workout you'll have hips mobility, spinal rotation, chest, lower back and shoulder strength with some surfing related movements together.
Exercises like the "Superman Hold" and the "Squat Reach Back" work on muscles that you use when you are paddling and performing turns and maneuvers in your waves.
Perform each exercise from this workout with the best of your abilities and respecting your limitations.
