In Helen's latest Satsang she tells us to just relax. There is nothing to do and nothing to let go of.
'You are already the stable, grounded awakened state. You are already That that you are trying to get to. Confused only by thoughts'.
Although it seems like you have something to do or something to let go of to get to that awakened state, this is only true for the separate sense of self. It isn't true for the infinite all pervading essence that You Are.
So relax. Stop the travelling and keep wanting to see.
But not wanting to do anything with what is seen.
