I like to get hypnotized by the simple gentle movements I see in nature. Like the wind in the trees or sunlight flickering on water. I always find them, along with some deep breathing to calm my nervous system when I'm stressed. That was the inspiration for the music and movies in this video. I composed the music at a tempo that aligns with deep, slow breathing.

My aim was to pair each video clip with the appropriate section of music, creating a harmonious blend that evokes calm, peace, and healing emotions. I hope that since they resonate with me, they will also touch others. Additionally, I hope that if you find yourself stressed or overwhelmed while out and about, you can reconnect with the serene feelings experienced while watching this video. And that you can regain your center by taking deep, slow breaths and simply observing a gentle breeze through a tree.
