We’ll incorporate a stability ball and a single dumbbell for extra resistance, but don’t worry—if you don’t have a ball, just grab a rolled-up towel for easy modification .
This workout is designed to build strength, improve your balance, and leave you feeling stronger and more aligned from head to toe . Get ready to feel the burn as we power through some seriously invigorating exercises, all while pushing your limits.
