Nature sounds and green spaces are known to bring a calm state of mind and positively impact our well-being.I recently filmed this on a beautiful breezy fall day in Irvington, New York facing the Hudson River. The feathery reeds were blowing in the wind and the native ambient sounds of the rustling of the grass and the water lapping against the river walls was absolutely perfect.
