One of my favorite mantras to live by. Ram Dass' teachings have been influencing my path a lot and this sentence is one I come back to again and again. A reminder to rest in the heart and drop into this state of awareness.

How do you move through life?
Do you really notice your surroundings?
All the little things that make you stop and wonder?

With this new video concept I want to make the beauty all around us even more visible. It's an invitation, a reminder, to stop and pause more often. To let your gaze lovingly wander around and see what it catches. To really breathe into the present moment.
