We went out for 2AM snacks on a wet, cold night in Saigon, Vietnam 🌧️🍜
✨ First stop: Sticky rice on a busy side street – a quick but comforting snack to kick off the night.
✨ Second stop: A legendary bánh mì stand run by an amazing older lady who has been serving customers for over 20 years. At 2:30AM, she was still surrounded by truck drivers and late-night riders grabbing her famous bánh mì xíu mại 🥖🔥. What made it special was how she kept the bread warm over a charcoal stove — crispy, smoky, and packed with generous fillings.
✨ Final stop: A steaming bowl of bún thịt nướng on another lively street. Even with the heavy rain, people crowded in — from late-shift workers to partygoers looking for a hearty meal at 3:30AM.
