Zero Maida Loki Pizza | Quick & Healthy Evening Snack
Lauki Pizza Recipe
Take one medium-sized lauki and grate it.
Add some salt and mix well.
Let it rest for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, squeeze out the water from the lauki and keep it in a bowl.
Now take some rice soaked for two hours and one boiled potato.
Put the soaked rice and boiled potato into a mixer jar.
Add some green chilli and salt.
Add a little water if needed and grind to make a thick paste.
Add the grated lauki to this mixture and mix well.
Take butter paper and grease it with butter.
Spread the mixture on the butter paper and make a round pizza base shape.
Bake the pizza base for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, the base becomes slightly hard.
Now apply pizza sauce on the base.
Add toppings of your choice and some cheese.
Sprinkle pizza seasoning and chilli flakes on top.
Bake again until the cheese melts.
Your healthy lauki pizza is ready to serve. 🍕
