Featuring 3 tours in this short video, we start with 34028 Eddystone firstly working the Varsity Explorer, over the newly opened East-West route East of Bicester.
This steam one way hauled tour saw 34028 spend the week in Carnforth, before heading south again with the Chiltern Explorer.
With south bound trip, it would pass 7029 Clun Castle hauling the Farewell to Steam tour.
At Cholsey on Burnel's Billiard table, I captured the two steam tours as 34028 eases up behind a stopper on the relief line and 7029 gets let out on the main.
Great to see 34028 earning it's keep now and look forward to the winter of steam tours it has booked.
